Major accomplishments of the Beaufort County Open Land Trust include:

The Trust accepts donated land and conservation easements. Tax benefits for conservation easements or other donations are unique to each taxpayer's situation and depend on many factors including donation value, adjusted gross income, etc. We do not provide tax advice to landowners and highly recommend consulting financial advisors when considering potential or actual tax benefits of such donations.
Please contact us today to find out how to best protect your land.
